We are a Design / Build business based in Western New York State. We offer Architectural Design and Construction Management services locally. Our focus in this industry is in realizing complex and challenging new builds, remodels, and renovations in vintage, historical, and designer style buildings in the WNY South Towns.

We’re in this business first and foremost because we see classic residential architectural styles as a high art form. Second, we believe that artistry has been all but lost at practically all stages of residential construction. Third, we believe strongly that working with one entity from start to finish, with skills and experience in both design and building trades, is the most cost-effective process for custom construction projects. We’re available every step of the way, beginning with home inspection and consultation for anyone interested in buying with plans to remodel. We deliver detailed analysis regarding the current state of the property, providing important information regarding both the original construction, and any changes or “improvements” that have been made along the way. Outlining all aspects that should be considered when buying, especially regarding plans for remodeling or renovation. Beyond this, we can provide project scope that not only delves into realizing the aesthetic and functionality dreams of our clients, but how to best organize, prioritize, and execute the work in ways that address existing issues with the property. This removes the risk of undermining your investment by working out of order, with architects and contractors who can’t be blamed for not taking a specific interest in your property from this high level perspective. Our roots in the Entertainment Industry for Production Design, Art Direction, and Practical Special Effects give our creativity a foundation much broader than typical residential architecture. Our services include prosthetic makeup effects, creature effects, forensic effects, robots, animatronics, and puppets. We can design and build sets for film, TV, theater, commercials and music videos. We rent props and specialty costumes. Prototypes, models, art installations and marketing spectacles are well within our wheelhouse. Our wide range of design experience provides a foundational understanding of function and form that can elevate any custom construction project at every step of the way.

We do not work with pyrotechnics or explosives of any kind.
